No salary increment for employees. At least the employees who deserve they should definitely get the increment and appreciation. Because only increment makes the employee happy & motivated & they feel zest in doing work.

If you want to destroy your career then this company is the best match for you. At the time of interview the HR do not clarify about salary and leaves. They real game begins after you join the company. The only skill needed to survive in this company is buttering with the managers so that you can become their pets (chamchas). The manager order to stay after the shift is over for stupid discussion of clients. He don't get time to do this during the shift hours. Worst managers and worst management. Salary - "peanuts". The manager distribute their favourite pet's work to other employees so that they can just sit there and earn free salary. While the other employees do double triple work and goes through mental breakdown because they do not have other option. Pathetic. Moreover they forcefully tell you to put good reviews in all the social media platform and if you don't do they send the digital marketing team members who will take your cellphone and put likes, comments and good reviews from your account.

Working at entab is average but the effort seems to be going in vain. During Covid 19 pandemic too,the office has actively invited all staff even though work from home was notified by IT ministry. This is terrible

the most disliking thing is that the office cares less about it's employees. When comes the miserable situations, it doubts it's own employees and exploits them. Even though works could be done from home,it is calling all its employees to office citing different clause and conditions. Peace of working is at stake and there is no freedom of working on your own. If you donot want to kill your creativity, never get associated with such organisation.
