when i was completing project at Koppal site with contractor M/s possana energy, engineer Mr stailin bosco represented. after completion stage project of dc work , our site incharge offer to him in our organization as a Sr engineer, without thinking about old employee that what will be the impact on them?

Dc's work has never stopped due to our dc department nor any commission has stopped due to pour dc work.and whenever the project is trapped due to our dc work, it has always jumped and commissioned it without any delay.
