I am very satisfied with the work culture and my personal career growth. I have learnt a lot and growing with positive attitude. All credit goes to Management and founders leadership. There are strict code of conducts which bothers people but those discipline actually helps to grow.

i am writing not about dislikes but company should focus on its growth first and then people as i have seen employee tend to disrespect the culture

Please don't spoil your career here. If you want to just work as a slave you can happily join, you will shifted in new departments whenever company feels so, make you work like donkey and at the time of appraisal won't give you more than 2-3%. Better join any other ip company, you would atleast learn something. You will regret your decision whole life working here, mark my words.
