During the years that i worked with Enhance UAE, I worked as a part of a small team that was in-charge of a new department. This provided me with an opportunity to learn end-to-end functioning of the department, most times having had to handle multiple roles at the same time. My experience at Enhance was friendly, supportive & encouraging with respect to learning curve, skill developments, exploring new opportunities & avenues to improve our brand equity. The work culture however was more similar to other Indian management companies in the Middle East, although it was slightly better in our team owing to a completely nuclear management. Same with respect to work life balance & compensation. If you are a fresher & looking to start off your career this is not a bad place to start. You'll have lots of hands on experience....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
