Multiple cases of Employees harrasment by department heads and Directors himself, but HR is spineless with no power. IMD /IBD(International) division is worst , headed by Pareshaan jiGoenka. He is a pysopath, abusive , sadistic person. There is nothing to like about the company. CCD is the worst department here, there is no specific KRA /KPI given. Managers do the job of executives, community Glas from Marwari HOD and bosses. Good work are not appreciated and credits are taken away. No learning experience or opportunity. Training is not given. Salary package is shown to be inflated to lure you onto joining the organization but you get very less amount. Underpaid in comparison to skill set. Women director is tough and abusive to work with.
