Need to think a lot for getting the answer.

Dislikes

No Employee Engagement Programs , Less skilled senior Resources are being hired , High Nepotism , Freshers are being pulled into work without proper training, Micro Management is high , Small work space , NO AC , less space of work desk, Hikes only for the fav people. High politics, No work timing is followed, No allowances are provided , No food , Compoffs , Allowances, Bonus provided for OT's, No Work From Home when needed, NO RESPECT FOR QA, Less leaves, and Many more..........Read More
