Work life balance was good. Working at the company on live client request and coming up with resolutions was satisfying.

Dislikes

The company had called me for high level role during the interview, but made me settle for entry level role. The company would deduct small amounts from my salary, and the manager would come up with explanations saying that it will be cleared in the next cycle, which never happened. The manager was highly manipulative, and kept on discouraging professionally so as to avoid appraisals<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There is no job security</mark>. On completion of the work for the day there is very little scope to develop your skills or getting trained for higher roles. Less qualified employees who have been with the company for longer period of time are paid less but promoted. New more qualified employees are made to work under them. Knowledge gaps create friction and the managers feel threatened.
