I really enjoy working at EnFuse because of the collaborative atmosphere and the supportive team environment. The leadership is very transparent and encourages open communication, which makes it easier to contribute ideas and feel heard. The work itself is interesting and challenging, which keeps me motivated and engaged.

Dislikes

The only thing to consider is the company's location. Fortunately, the company operates from two locations, but i believe as it continues to grow, we will eventually see it move to a more prime area like Mindspace, Reliable or Godrej, which are grest business hubs

What I like about Enfuse is work culture and managements are insanely understanding and co-operative and most important part managements are very very very less biased and playing politics are very less. If you find anything wrong and you are not getting remuneration as per your performance you can speak with your managers and if not resolved you can talk to directors and the directors are insanely generous specially Imran Ansari....Read More

Favorize between employees at the time of appraisal and promotion. Lack of career growth. Lack of festival vibes by the organization. Bias on the judgement during event and monthly reward. Hard work in neglected.
