Almost whole management is ignorant and selfish towards the juniors (even though around 2/3 of employees are GETs). Insider corporate politics has ruined internal working culture and external company reputation. Except few cases, most of hiring only depends over salary, lower than the lowest. Only GETs, people jobless for a while, people no other company hired, people left/terminated from last company, etc. are running this company. In short, unskilled and semi-skilled. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
