The academic department is headed by Vice principal and all teachers report to them. Branch coordinator and reception manage the admin work. Regular training is there. Paid leaves and casual leaves are given. Come work and go home. No need to prepare syllabus etc. All material is given.

Great content, no headache for the trainers just prepare the given content and reach in the class. Timely trainings are given, books and materials all are given from company's side.

Owners behaviour,job security. Anytime he can throw out any employee,his way of talking is extremely rude (getout of my company/pakad ke bahar phek de mere company se....... this type of words are used). It doesn't matter how you are in person,he will treat you like a non-human being. You can't even ask a single question on anything. Managers are trash, playing proper office politics

EEC is Grate Place to start your Career, management, work culture, environment, everything is good. I learn here new things which is how to interact with clients, Admission procees, visa process of clients in abroad. This is good platform to develop your skill
