In this firm you do not get any leaves as they are always on low staffing. The management guys does not know any thing and will put pressure on you to get the work done. They even take meetings on weekends.

Management will bring u to a mindset as the if there is high recession and they are saving ur job. No food allowance, there are lot of pay issue even if u submit bills for food u Dont get paid. Tax calculation is poor, unwanted income tax deduction,even if ur excempted. No insurance, no mediclaim, no emergency medicine or medication available. Earned leave Dont get carry forward or encashed. They are lapsed in vain. Unwanted increase in notice period. No benefits for work from home.
