Working with persons in the different field.

Dislikes

Less compensation,less experience gaining.there is no job security.they are playing game with the employees.there is no respect for the script writers.

Work Details

They didn't select the script writers for writing stories but the company makes them to write budgets which is not the work of any script writer.they give Respect only for the testing department.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
