One Good thing Which like here is Good Work Culture in projects and teams. Teams will give good value for Innovative ideas. Nice work-life-balance

Dislikes

No Training Programs. No Job Security. No Career Growth. You will never get the salary On time, Initially HR will say 7th of every month. But date will extend to 10, 15, 20, 25 th and some times till end of the month also. No one can say when you will get the salary in company. Travel charges will provide from the Job location, If you are working from home they wont pay for your travel to other branches, you should reach to Work location then they will provide from there. No Politics founded here. No Proper Insurance. If company send you a the laptop, Even transits charges you have to bear from you pocket. No Family group Insurance....Read More

It is unfortunate to hear those words from an employee. To address your concerns about job security, growth; during this pandemic, we didn't let go of our employees even in these testing & trying times. We admit that there was a salary delay from our side but the same has been sorted now and salaries have been disbursed already. In terms of our HR policies of employee benefits like Insurance, Laptops, etc. a lot has evolved from the initial times. As the company grows, most of the concerns have been addresses with time. Do know that we are 4+ years old company and we will be completing 5 years by June 2021. Our track report has been positive and we are confident about our future. We have multiple products that we are working tirelessly on launching. We take pride in our system and HR policies as they are well defined and aimed towards the growth & development of all our employees. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
