Work-Life Balance: I like the Fixed Saturday and Sunday week-off that we get and also, every time there is a Holiday in the US, we get a leave. Additionally, also happy with the annual leave policy. This gives me the option to plan my work and personal life, really well! Salary and Benefits: The Salary is as per industry standards and amazing incentives!!! Skill Development / Learning: As this organization is already into training, compliance, and teaching, I get to learn things that would have been near impossible had I worked elsewhere. Additionally, as part of my daily work and from the time I joined Empreus, I have learned significantly a lot of things. Hence, would say that I upgraded myself in many areas. Job Security: Empreus, is one organization where Job Security, has been one of its top priorities. I see that the organization does everything within its capacity to ensure that employees feel secure about their jobs.
