It's too easy to connect with management. Leaves are approved well when required but surely it also depends in the process you are into. Free food facility and WFH when required.

Dislikes

Stretch hours are huge as full volume is handled on same day. The TAT should be increased for atleast a day. No payment for OT only comp offs are provided that too calculation is very bad. MORE hours less days. No proper skill learning and development.

Canada Life, sister company of Empower, They hired a Director from Different state thinking that person will make amazing changes to the company, instead of changing culture, he started targeting the local people and mentally harassing them to make them quit, then he started hiring people from his state and his previous company to fill up the positions and create his own territory to rule. When you reach out to the person in regards to any office issue, first he needs to feel the lady who went with the issue, second thing scan the lady from top to bottom without any regards to people watching. Misusing his position for personal gains, probably company should investigate a little more on what exactly is happening. Parents trust you guys and send their daughters to work during the night.
