As a fresher to the job, it's good been working with the company for 2 and a half years. Nice exposure and like teaching is a learning process also, it also enhance knowledge by delivering it to the students. Work atmosphere is good, cooperative teammates. Overall its good.

Dislikes

It's not like disliking it's the feedback so the things can be improved. The first point under this is the job security, which not in this field, career growth somehow restricts because of not well developed job role. Politics is there, and the salary is mostly not in time, or sometimes there are mistakes like to transfer it in some other person's account. Or the coordination is not so good.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
