Emmennar Pharma is very good developed company and highly job secured and working culture is nice management benefits so exlent, so many company policies like mediclaim compensation is high amount etc .

Good character of employees and management no use un parlament languages totally I told it is very good company

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that higher authorities give a chance to youngster like me to a handle some trouble shoots like .,lift problems,motor problems and control wiring trouble shoots,etc.,

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Some times ,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.Managers do not value an individual's which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.Also ,there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes.
