Company is good but accounts manager is tooo worst you will never get your increment if work too much hard then also you will not get extra paid

Dislikes

Never go and work over here especially in accounts department they will demotivate you and give stress to your life especially that accounts manager is a self obsessed lady

The Company is very good and innovative, but the manager of the account is very rude and she is doing only herself increment.

The Only one thing that is no one can listen our point of view. they only listen account manger. they are not even find the truth. I am working this organisation from last 7 years but there is no growth. growth is happen only the HOD. I am very disappointed when they told to leave without asking my fault.

I m doing all the work related accounts department and also doing personal accounts of the partners. and all work which given by my manager(her personal work)

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
