Work life balance since there are not much calls after working hours The sales team has office job, only go out when clients ask else everything is virtually dealt.

1) No job security (Hire and fire policy) 2) No increment and they play it very well. After 6 months they will do a deep analysis of the work done and ask you to leave if they find you work not as per their expectations 3) No proper structure or process of executing things. Be it sales or billing 4) People will good interpersonal skills can only servive. People with special talent of licking.

The culture was quite toxic, everyone was scared of their bosses, the work place was crammed keeping the employee strength in mind. Bosses would micromanage on every aspect the process. The HR team is good for nothing
