Overall staff management is good but the growth is slow. The trainee program helps for working but in seriousness management won’t handle trainee in good way.

Most of the time, my work is changing as i have to complete the production with process control. The company environment is healthy as they encourage new talent on forward march.it help me a lot as being with industrial oven engineers

Continue standing work, somewhere standing work also possible but don't apply , there also working in standing , it's very bad for health, not proper ventilation system , so much heating inside shop floor, not proper fans , AC system also dumb, very bad experience of work.
