Initially They had a good system of training to employees about the product. but in this covid-19 lockdown they have block the salary and even fired employees without paying salary.

Dislikes

My experience was very bad. that company has fired 20 employees in this critical situation. they have not paid my salary of August 2019. though they have given me the releaving certificate after a long followup. said we will pay salary after 90 days but not yet paid. As i am the first employee of the company. their Internal politics never allow the new commer to grow well.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
