From the beginning no job security and no use of taking experience because they won't give ur originals back wen u resign & they will delay to give ur experience purposefully, sometimes they won't accept ur resignation and they won't respond back to u for ur resignation. Ultimately they will spoil ur career by holding ur certificates & experience letter. Salary u have to demand & no scheduled hike until u ask continuously. Politics will done by the both MD & DM if they won't like u. Worst Working Environment, like godown or home. Still they r in ECC & no Explore of Hana or any other new updates. Totally life will get spoil if u want to take experience. No respective consultants for the respective modules, anyone can do any module work.
