I was in Project Management. When I enter into IT department from another department, the person, who is there to educate me in job wise was great. Colleagues and Head of the department was very kind and encouraged Me to take more responsibilities& Learn.

Decent food and canteen facilities, good staff quarters if available

Employees are expected to literally work 24/7. Drastic penalties by way of salary deductions even of being 5 mins late to work. Meeting continue till 2 am in the early morning. In fact the MD comes into the plant at 9 pm and meeting start at 10 pm continuing till early hours of the next day. One of the worst workplaces as far as work life balance is concerned.
