A worst work-life balance. HR is not for employee wellfare, it is for management welfare. Career growth is "0" for middle grade staffs. Increment will be paid after a year from the increment sceduled month and they ill simply say "we are paying arrears na then whats your problem",but We can't say the same answers in supermarket and petrol bunks when we are paying. Top management doesn't even know that these sort of reviews are in this 3rd party sites.....Read More
