Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

The school stall wasn't good at all they will get jealous from your work and then will ignore you like you don't exist for them and the higher authority will not listen to your complaints

There's nothing good there except the food quality

I am giving this feedback for Emerald International School, Academic City, Nelamangala, Bangalore. The working environment there is not good at all. The people there are not good at all. They are very partial and secondly, the working hours there are also very bad and the salary is also not given properly.
