Very bad culture. Always doing politics. Upper management and HR is not strict. Always pressing for pushing goods. Company totally depends on the pushing goods. Very worst upper management. I have not suggesting this type of culture anyone.

Previously they are good with People management but from last 2 to 3 years they are just managing theirself for Business they don't work for their people Seniors are just caring about their job not for people's who are working for them.

It was great working with the company, as it has limited policies with respect to employee especially Jammu plant. Hr head is working like he owns the company.

To Secure His Job He used to take Job of MR. 2) When Issue goes to HR, HR get Managed And Does what NSM and PMT says. 3) HR person Does Not give Proper Settlement. I am thoroughly enjoying my work being in capex and opex procurement of engineering goods. Bosses are non toxic and colleagues are very supportive.
