It was great working with the company, as it has limited policies with respect to employee especially Jammu plant. Hr head is working like he owns the company.

1) Working With Oncology Division Is very Toxic Culture. my Reporting Manager was favourite of NSM and Product Manager. To Secure His Job He used to take Job of MR. 2) When Issue goes to HR, HR get Managed And Does what NSM and PMT says. 3) HR person Does Not give Proper Settlement.
