Good work environment and culture slow in decision making. poor nin employee engagement program. they give good hike in salery but depending upon boss.

Dislikes

Poor in decision making. They are not employee friendly. No direction for career path. needs employee engagement program. No fitness and sports club.

The job is quite interesting. I learnt everything on job. Rolled out many reports reduced more time in data crunching. only missing is motivation factor

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
