Dislikes

Worst management, wastage of resources, rework, rework and rework. No work-life balance. Blind targets. The managers think that they are running a biscuit factory, where the Curriculum developers are manufacturing products in quantity. Very arrogant behaviour of the managers. People are leaving because of this attitude.

Embibe is a great organization if you want to experiment and learn. There are immense opportunities to learn here from scratch. You are given opportunities with a faith in you.

Dislikes

The organisation is run by yes men and women. The person in the top decides what to do and has made all leaders number to growth, unclear about goals and no growth mindset. The top leader thinks that they know everything and they are the perfect person, but the problem is they don't even want to listen what is right and what is wrong and what fits in the market. There is nothing to like about the company. Initially you might feel on the top being in the big hands of Reliance, but gradually you will realize the truth.

Dislikes

No Visions, no ethics, no work culture, nothing. All the policies which they talk about like empathically strong and blah blah, its totally opposite. you will end up screwing your career and yourself. No second though about the products, its just the leadership. DONT GET CARRIED AWAY BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY ARE PAID ONES!

Good people, who team up to do unthinkable things as they are oppressed by a single person (united against one enemy).

Dislikes

The CEO, singlehandedly ensures that the experience of each and every employee is the worst possible. Unrealistic expectations and even more unrealistic deadlines. CEO calls herself "Authentic hands on leader" but does not walk the talk. No transparency and max level of micromanagement. Okay to take a junior role here, but never ever take a mid/senior level role here.

No leadership. Its not a company, its a dictatorship by CEO, who only knows to attend events and show off. No strong management strategies. They don't which direction they are moving. no goals. deadlines depends on CEO and VP's mood. business model is only for earning frame. no revenue to survive. just show off.

Worst experience in my Life... I served more then 2 years for this company. End of the day layoff, layoff is not a matter, matter is they treat like use and through. They behave like we are pros....

Dislikes

No growth, end of the day they provide variable pay 40% only, after 13 months, without notice period they fired within 10 minutes. My total variable amount is 1,55000. But they given only 55000.

Money was okay, but underserved and people who just don't work or show any kind of execution will be earning more than people who work tirelessly.

Everything about the company is bad. Starting from the CEO. She is arrogant and just a bad person. It's a dictatorship and any kind of expert opinions are not valued. One of the reason why Embibe is going down the drains. PS., all the 5 star rating you see is fake. The CEO forces HR to make people write 5 star review.
