Embibe is a company with full of politics and incompetency. If you are willing to li***ck functional heads or CEOs backside, you'll get promoted and may even get handsome appraisal, or you get cornered or PIP or laid off. They don't care about your competency. So, if you are good at your job and have a bit of integrity, this is not a company to work. If you got an offer from here, no matter what, DO NOT accept it. Just use that to get a better job. CEO is a ravan. She forces people to put positive reviews about the company to make sure Tech people joins and all the positive reviews are forced to give by the current employees. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS. The CEO shouts like we are hers, she thinks she rules the universe. She and her brother is basically a bad children who doesn't have any vision or competence to run the company. 10 years of Embibe and no revenue, can you believe it? They are still a start up 🤣. If a 10th grade student run this company, there would have been some revenue. Reliance are so stupid to pump their money here, and all their money are going into drain. The CEO, singlehandedly ensures that the experience of each and every employee is the worst possible. Unrealistic expectations and even more unrealistic deadlines. Nothing good comes from the management or higher level authority, only the employees working closely together, helping together and supporting one another.
1. No Appreciation of hard work or smart work. The only project approval or launch success criteria is that it should be approved by CEO, irrespective of market research, competition or strategy policies. 2. No work life balance- Employees are required to come office at 11 AM and work until 6-7 PM. However the CEO often arives at 5-6 PM and assign additional work that extends into late hours. This is a daily occurrence, especially on long weekends or weekends task are assigned on Friday evening. 3. Job Insecurity: A signification portion around ~70% of the workforce was asked to resigned with same day as lwd, supposedly due to the company's inability to sell product effectively. Despite paying hafety salaries to business and sales team, the company is not generating revenue, because they always busy with showing false data in meeting. Those who are responsible for generating revenue still enjoying their chairs and taking salary in Crores per annum, but others who don't have sales in their KPI asked to forced resign. Great steps by management. 4. Compensation structure: The company has 80% fixed and 20% variable salary structure, which used to paid quarterly but now its paid annually without any discussion. Those who resigned after completion of 1 years and were eligible for variable pay didn't get variable amount. To get variable you need to be wait for your turn in let go list. Those who were terminate in Apr got 90% variable, those who were terminated in May got 40% and those who left organisation for their future got 0%. 5. Poor vision and goal: The leadership lacks understanding of market and waste money on golden spooning features and developing luxurious apps instead of quality of service and market needs. 6. Misconception of AI: The companies believe that working on google sheet and data automation qualifies as AI. 7. Communication issues: lack of communication channels throughout the management hierarchy, with employees even needing to reach the CEO for small decisions or minor tasks. While some leaders are truly competent, the rest seem focused on pleasing CEO rather than demonstrating qualities like respect, courage, and openness....Read More

Worst experience in my Life... I served more then 2 years for this company. End of the day layoff, layoff is not a matter, matter is they treat like use and through. They behave like we are pros....
No growth, end of the day they provide variable pay 40% only, after 13 months, without notice period they fired within 10 minutes. My total variable amount is 1,55000. But they given only 55000.
