Good exposure since organization is small. Get ownership of project & task.

Dislikes

No employee friendly policies. Work culture is lacking. All policies are in favour of employer so they can tune employee accordingly. Less trainings. Work life balance is not so good. Salary structure is absolutely terrible. No facilities. Company growth is very stagnant, management lacks in vision. They also earn money by taking notice pay from employee.

As this is a small scale company you won't find work life balance due to work load. Salary is ok, not as expected. Compensation given on late night traveling , onsite traveling and food only.

In general it is quite satisfactory. I get a chance to learn new things and implement innovative ideas in project.
