Increment structure of company is worst. ASM are useless guys in the company. No work and full masti = ASM. RSDM is also most useless post additionally created, but no profit to company for this guy. All type of pressure is only on front line staff. No pain to upper post. ASMs has lot of GYAN, but they are absolutely fail in the market to implement anything.

Salary structure is not up to date and low payment payout. 2- But on the other side; the new employee's (whom joined the organization recently) gotten handsome salaries on the same designations. 3- So equality issues. 4- In this compititive environment company's business strategies are not healthy.
