There's nothing you can like about this particular Division of Emami.

Dislikes

I was posted at Emami City Site office as Sr. Executive CRM. The atmosphere was toxic like hell and the person responsible was the MD Mr. N Kumar. This person dosent have a basic civic sense or etiquette. Relentless Personal Attack on employees, using foul languages , online meetings in wee hours ( 10-10.30 in night after a very tiring day) , no weekly offs in most cases, even if you get a off he will make sure the day is ruined. Asking people to put down their papers every now and then. Basically treat employees as your personal servants. He has alone destroyed Emami's brand name in Kolkata Market in such a way that no one wants to join here now despite being a PAN India reputed Brand. Please dont join this section of Emami as you may go through mental trauma from Day 1....Read More
