Everyone are doing their work a hell lot of huge pressure,we have no day off end of the month,we have no scope for career growth.no timing to go out from office after over the shifts.you bound to do extra one hour duty on regular wise

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
