The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning a there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

You get a chance to learn a lot in the fields of taxation.

Dislikes

They want you to leave late (by atleast 2 hours) from office even if you dont have work or you are a female employee and stay far off. The superiors dont let you grow or give you a scope for promotion etc. they will just make you work. On halidays and weekends its implied that you will come to office even if all your work is done. Some people who are working in the organisation for as long as 8-10 years they will taunt you often and can even make you cry. The training is on the hob, and there is no one to teach you to work, you have to request your colleagues to teach you. Other departments will not coordinate at all. Communication gap between employees, there is no any training for work, insecurity on job, no growth on accounts career, very poor salary/appraisal, more politics in company, very less travel reimbursement, no learning skills, work environment is bad, no innovation, finally work balance is very bad, no security on job, totally frustrated, director interprier in personal matter.
