Work culture very worst no fix timing, more than 12 hrs working, even after taking leave you have to do all work so i suggest don't join this organization, no hierarchy is followed every where VP Manoj Patidar is found and he behave like dictator if you oppose him you will get suspended even Hr will stop to respond
