There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary decent but career growth is slow Hr work department is zero only they are working for seniors they are not reply for any kind of mails phone and this is very big issue they work like apna kaam Banta bhed mai jaye janta I am sent several mails to HR regarding my experience from last almost 6 years but they don't reply if I send mobile msg always told send after mail no response my last 2 months expenses pending but no one ready to resolve the issue it's very important that how to handle ex-employers issues...Read More
