Nothing, there is culture of onroll and offrole. All the benefits are for onroll employees. Wrost HR policy i have ever seen.

Dislikes

I have served for 4.5 years. Done lots of hard work. But very disappointed with HR policies. If you are on off roll you will get NO medical insurance, no leaves, No leave Encashment, No gratuity, they will change your vendor in every two or three years. The benifits of your hard work will be count for your senior only.

Work Details

Very bad, extremely over work load. You have to do work in weekends also. Otherwise you can not complete your work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
