The company fails to provide proper joining letter, followed by the appraisal letter and fails to support during COVID- 19 pandemic, resulting to terminate innocent employees without mentioning the reason of termination in this situation hence the company does'nt stand up and leaves their employees jobless.

Dislikes

Talking about the teammates were good and helpful always bt the company fails job security and can literally terminate any point , no career growth, fails to provide salary appraisal letter,no travelling allowances, the company manager herself plays politics feels like a person cant come to talk about his malaria disease to the mosquito, only good thing training is provided , work environment is too negative every new rule is set in an hour the most bad thing company do interferes in employees personal life....Read More
