They are throwing some money to employees like we are throwing peanutes to Monkey's in zoo...but remember they still think you are MONKEY !!

Cons: A big Long list:- 1. No working environment, Working style like a Dukaandaar. 2. Founder is manner less, Loud,rude & everytime he speaks throw out shit, even he dont have any idea how and what to speak in front of ladies staff, he just overreact on small things , he seems like a "TIK TOKIYA" baseless with every idea, completely Physco. 3. They just only know how to shout and bully employees, they are perfect only in this work. 4. No employee engagement programs. 5. No vision of the company, only vision is how our personal frustration get routed to employees. 6. Average life of a good employee is max 3-4 month, very old employees of this company is working from max last 3 years...now you can get idea how often they change the employees. 7. No notice period served to employees , all of sudden they eliminate employees & hold the salary of employees as if holding salary is the main business of this company , every year they hold 30-40 employees salary and yes with proud and no shame on face.
