Daily new rule of working. If you treat you sales person as family . Then why every 2-4 months their is recruitment in all regions. Why do you ask resignations before giving candidate offer letter. If offer letter is given then they are asked for resignation letter of previous company. Once they get resignations letter they denytheir offer. And they start negotiating package because they know you have resigned from your job. They also ask their candidate that you have tell your placement agency thet you have left job.
