Likes

Culture and values of elucidata are really very good. Steep learning curve for fresher/intern. Mentors and seniors in company are really very helping. Everyone in company value individual contribution and everyone in team , mentor , project manager give good appreciation to individual for their contribution in project.

Dislikes

Work-life balance. Company timings are 9 to 8 and alternative working Saturdays. We can take leave any time and we can work from home if required.

Work Details

Working in elucidata was always fun, exciting and challenging for me. Seniors in the team gives ample time to fresher/intern to understand the significance of given data. Team members and mentors are really helping.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
