Likes

Good teammates. No standard training. Always doubtful job security. Limited Career growth. Appraisal process is done with partiality. Very long travel from Pune to the manufacturing site. High level of politics from higher levels. Learning is dependent on person. Work environment is always skeptical. No innovation. For right people more work, for wrong people low work. No balanced work distribution and management review on this is very poor....Read More

Always Job Insecurity feeling. No recognition for hard working and real performing team members. Good recognition who involves in politics with higher management.

Very good work performed by self motivation and dedication. Learned a good amount of things.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
