1. VP treats teacher like a slave. 2. You cannot leave with one month's notice if you are not happy with the compensation compared to the work. 3. Work life balance is zero. 4. Expect to say Yes for everything. 5. Ginormous work pressure. 6. No discipline among students 7. Teachers are blamed for being strict. 8. Teachers are blamed if students do mistake but teacher can't scold or advice them. 9. VP & HR use fancy/ decorative words before joining and you will get much less than expected. 10. CTC, NET pay, Gross pay and EPFO one must learn and well acquainted with the term else you will be disappointed with remuneration. 11. The school is open to new trends in education and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of such an organization that's the best in PCMC. My colleagues and my immediate seniors are really helpful and understanding.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is moderate. Sometimes, I have to take calls and messages from parents post my working hours too.

It has helped me grow as a teacher and person. The freedom to teach as per my ideas is what I like best here.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but the distance between my home and school is far. Many times 2nd and 4 th saturdays are made working which hampers my weekend plans.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
