Good management & work culture. Best for freshers to start their career. Good performance definitely gets rewarded in various ways. Good employee Benefits. Approachable leadership team open to discussion and suggestions from employees. Overall a nice experience! It's a rapidly growing start-up.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about the company. But, Since most of them are freshers just out of College. There is lack of maturity and professionalism among some, This leads to ego issues, peer- pressure, groupism, conflicts over petty issues.

Work Details

Overall a good experience. Best suited for freshers, not ideal for highly experienced professionals. Work life balance is acceptable, but being a fast growing start-up at times there are few challenges regarding work force management.
