It gives a good opportunity for BE mechanical holders.suitable for freshers.Like a school for learning basic things.After working here you can sustain in any type of company.

Dislikes

Working time is 8 hours but it may extend upto !.Many rules only for company welfare very few for human welfare.Lunch is quite good.They expect maximum profit with very minimum level of investment.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
