I have recently joined as an Digital Marketing Manager. The best thing i liked about the company from the very first day is the office culture. Despite company being 15 years old, it feels like as if working in a new startup. There are other perks, but this is like cherry on top.

I don't dislike anything about the company, as i mentioned before the environment is like a startup. So for a person looking for a 9-5 government like job, this company would be something I would never recommend. But someone looking for a startup like environment, this would be heaven, as the learning and growing opportunities are limitless

THE COMPANY IS FULL OF PERVERTS!! Any Female Employee planning to join, DO NOT! if you are already exposed to a good company culture, you are going to hate this place! Infestation all around. A lot of biasness. This company is equivalent to a cyber cafe, you will know, once you step inside the office. Your say won't matter to the decision makers, they will only impose what they want to be done.

This company has no job security. Talented people ruin their career while joining this company. The department heads and leaders have no idea about the function they are running .Micro mange company. There is no health and life balance in the company and there is lot of politics done in the team, Major thing to highlight is the job security which is uncertain here
