Growing pains, Insufficient 401k plans, Too many employees, office politics, Unclear direction, long hours and six days working , poor mid-level management and you can not put headphone , poor work/life balance (this response trended in both categories), Taking on tasks outside of job descriptions (project manager every two hours come and see how much code last two hours), Six Days work and only minute lunch time if you take any extra time your salary is deducted and salary is date 7 but not come, if you resign this company they not give reliving latter and not give last months salary. salary time over acting....Read More

I have recently joined as an Digital Marketing Manager. The best thing i liked about the company from the very first day is the office culture. Despite company being 15 years old, it feels like as if working in a new startup. There are other perks, but this is like cherry on top.

I don't dislike anything about the company, as i mentioned before the environment is like a startup. So for a person looking for a 9-5 government like job, this company would be something I would never recommend. But someone looking for a startup like environment, this would be heaven, as the learning and growing opportunities are limitless
