The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Africa , Banglades, Singapore, Najiriya, etc

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 10 to 12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. manager don't value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.there is no any on job training for fresher's hence senior have guide steps by steps sometime pain....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
