I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Only the payscale is little better for freshers.

Dislikes

Honestly there is nothing to like about this company. Work life balance is non existent. And most of the people (specially in managerial roles) have behavioral issues. Wasted almost 1.5 years in this toxic work environment.
